Normally, every Friday night, Dance Pavilion-Paradise is a place for stage singers. However, there will be no performer this Friday to give way to our social ballroom dancing . Dancing with the Stars has really helped to break through the stigma of boys taking dance classes. The pro dancers on that show didn’t get where they are without taking lessons throughout their formative years. Believe it or not, dance –any form- is a sport. It provides stamina, strength, flexibility and coordination. 

Another great aspect of ballroom dancing is the socialization skills that are developed between couples and other dancers on the floor.
